Makeup Contracts

Makeup contracts must be completed & signed before any makeup service is rendered. Contracts are mandatory for the agreement of both parties.

Consultation & Waiver Policy

Consultation & waiver forms will be completed before any service. You must sign the documents before the start of any service.

 

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment with no contact, your appointment will automatically be cancelled. If you are more than 15 minutes late with contact, you will be charged the $20 Late Fee which will be added to your service total.

No Refund Policy

​JSMN Cosmetics has a no refund policy in place. It is your responsibility to remember & schedule your appointments accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, Please let me know 48 hours in advance so I can fill the spot. Not doing so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

No Show Policy

In result of not showing up to your appointment with out cancelling or letting me know, you be charged 100% of the Service Price. You will also be added to the No Show list & will be required to pay the full service price before booking any further appointments with JSMN Cosmetics.
